School-Owned Instrument Rental for Year
This covers the use of the school-owned instrument for the entire school year. School-owned instruments include: Tubas, Percussion (2nd and 5th periods, not 1st period percussion) Baritones, Euphoniums, French Horns, Bassoons, Oboes, and Jazz Ensemble class items that are second instruments provided by school. If possible, due by Nov. 1st.
If for any reason this one time rental does not fit into your budget, please send a private note to Mr. Colo'n indicating circumstances and whether or not you are able to pay over a period of time. Thank you.
Repair cost to instrument while issued to student is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Please care for our school-owned instruments.
If you would rather pay with a check or split your payment, please send a check made out to Hobbs Band in an envelope with student name and instrument. Have student deliver to locked collection box in the band room in front of Mr. C's Band Office window. Thank you.
